The booth options for the shows are outlined below. PLEASE NOTE: MANHATTAN -LITTLE APPLE KIDSFEST IS 100% OUTDOORS. THERE WILL BE NO-INDOOR BOOTHS FOR MANHATTAN. Each booth space is 10 x 10.

All pre-packaged food vendors/food trucks will need to purchase the food vendor package.

All direct sales, commercial, and non-handmade businesses must purchase a Commercial Vendor package.

Handmade/crafters may purchase the home-based/non-profit vendor selection

By submitting this application, I agree to the terms and conditions of participation in KidsFest. I understand that I must arrive prepared to set up within the booth space I have reserved and paid for. Any space used beyond my allotted area will require an additional fee, which must be paid before setup is completed. Additionally, I acknowledge that booth fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. By submitting my application, I acknowledge and accept these terms as part of my participation in KidsFest

By submitting this application to participate in KidsFest, I/we hereby release, acquit, and forever discharge KidsFest, its owners, officers, directors, members, managers, partners, employees, affiliates, subcontractors, and suppliers from any and all liability of any kind. This release includes, but is not limited to, claims of negligence, breach of contract, and any other suits, demands, or causes of action, whether in law or equity, known or unknown. This release applies to all matters arising from this application or the rental of booth/space, whether inside or outside the event.
